There are three offerings from Ultractive Sports Massage, 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes.

When scheduling your massage, please talk to me first and I can recommend the most appropriate session length, depending on your situation. A 60-minute session is the most popular but may not be suitable initially for your individual needs.

Sports Massage is a process not an ‘outcome’ and should be an integral part of your training or lifestyle regime. However if you have a specific injury you may need a few regular sessions to help reduce the pain to a minimum. This could range from 3-6 sessions.

The suggested process for recovery and affordability is one every 4 weeks.
